Pricing

Our pricing is up-front and honest because our goal is to have happy, well-informed members that will be with the practice for the long haul. Our membership tiers are designed to offer flexibility to patients focused on different goals. Membership determination is based on the highest of three criteria: the number of primary and secondary therapeutic domains addressed in programming, the use of controlled substances and/or peptides, and the individual’s comorbid medical condition risk profile. These criteria allow us to provide a care structure for the younger, generally healthy patients looking for early preventive guidance to the older, complex care patients requiring rigorous management of multiple medical domains and everything in between.

Membership fees are paid monthly and are not reimbursable from an HSA/FSA account. In addition to your membership fee, you will be required to pay for labs, medications, imaging, and supplements as needed and as required by your programming. These costs are highly variable depending on your personalized programming. All costs, specific to you, are discussed during your Evaluation Exam and detailed in your Patient Handbook Chapter 7 – Plans and Pricing. No surprises or secret fees, ever.
